Bu politika, Mehmet Duran Yazılım tarafından geliştirilen Poppy Toybox ("Uygulama") mobil oyununun bilgileri nasıl ele aldığını açıklar. Uygulama 3-8 yaş çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır.
1. Veri toplamıyoruz
Poppy Toybox sizden veya çocuğunuzdan hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Hesap, giriş, isim, e-posta, konum, fotoğraf, mikrofon veya kamera erişimi yoktur.
2. Oyun ilerlemesi
Coin bakiyesi, seviye, yıldızlar, açılan oyuncaklar ve diyarlar, ses tercihi ve dil gibi bilgiler yalnızca cihazın yerel depolamasında tutulur. Uygulamanın bir sunucusu yoktur; bu bilgiler bize ulaşmaz. Uygulamayı silmek bu verilerin tamamını kaldırır.
3. Reklam, analitik ve üçüncü taraflar
Uygulamada reklam, analitik, takip (tracking) veya üçüncü taraf SDK bulunmaz. Uygulama içi satın alma yoktur. Uygulamadan dış web sitelerine veya sosyal ağlara bağlantı verilmez. Hiçbir veri üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz.
4. Çocukların gizliliği
Uygulama çocuklar için tasarlanmıştır ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz. COPPA, GDPR-K ve KVKK kapsamında çocuk verisi işlenmediği için ebeveyn onayı gerektiren bir veri işleme yapılmaz.
5. İnternet bağlantısı
Uygulama oynamak için internet bağlantısı gerektirmez ve ağ üzerinden veri göndermez.
6. Değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse güncel hali bu sayfada yayınlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.

This policy explains how Poppy Toybox ("the App") by Mehmet Duran Yazılım handles information. The App is designed for children ages 3-8.
1. We collect no data
Poppy Toybox does not collect any personal information from you or your child. There are no accounts, logins, names, emails, location, photos, microphone or camera access.
2. Game progress
Coin balance, level, stars, unlocked toys and worlds, sound preference and language are stored only in your device's local storage. The App has no server; this information never reaches us. Deleting the App removes all of it.
3. Ads, analytics and third parties
The App contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or third-party SDKs, and no in-app purchases. It does not link out to external websites or social networks. No data is shared with or sold to third parties.
4. Children's privacy
The App is designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Because no personal data is processed, no parental consent mechanism is required under COPPA, GDPR-K or Türkiye's KVKK.
5. Internet connection
The App does not need an internet connection and does not send data over the network.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will change.
